3D Dam break

3D dam break with obstacle, refinement on numerical entropy production criterion and interface sharpening. Dynamic mesh with 4 levels of refinement on 48 balanced domains (thus 4*12 cores) and 3628 blocks. The computations were performed at the mesocenter of Aix-Marseille University.
